Girlfriend (24F) doesn't like my (27M) chill personality

So yeah, pretty much she is not the biggest fan of my personality. To give some context, I (27M) am a introverted person, calm, and collected. I am very chill most of the time and I try to keep it that way to avoid blowing up on people's faces or upsetting someone.

Now, with regards to my GF (24F), she's the type of girl who's very talkative and hyperactive all the time. She works her butt off to pay her bills and perform her daily chores and I admire that in her. However, I fear that my personality is not matching hers.

She expects me to solve all her problems pronto and to take initiative. I try to help her with her chores all the time, but it seems that this isn't enough. Nothing I do gets through her head I'm trying to take initiative. I give her ideias about buying tools and doing some house repairs around and she shrugs it off as unnecessary, bit then suddenyl a couple hours later she's demanding I take initiative as if I wasn't trying to do anything to help her in the first place.

Another thing that annoys me is that it seems that she expects me to know what chores to do by instinct or automatically. I understand that somethings are intuitive and natural to do, but certain things need to be specified. Being new to their home I have no clue what her routine is like, when she takes out the trash, what food she usually cools, where all the tools and cleaning products are in her house and etc.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it has to do with my calm personality. So here is my question:

What exactly is "taking initiave" to you guys? What does that look like? I need a clear parameter so I know exactly if I'm doing it right or not.

TL;DR: Girlfriend dislikes my calm and introverted personality and thinks I'm not taking initiative in doing her chores despite trying to help her in anyway possible. I want to know what taking initivate is really like to decided if my actions are in line with it.
