He(22M) took my (23F) virginity but he doesn’t believe that he actually did?

I know you’re not supposed to get personally involved with your coworkers, but I did it anyway. I had a crush on one of my coworkers that I was acquainted with, and eventually I decided to make a move and talk to him more. He was very sexual with me and I made it clear to him that I wanted him to commit to me before anything sexual happened with him. He would back off and not talk to me for a while, then come back and act like he was ready to commit, but then he never did.

Sometimes he would see me with our male managers and if he didn’t see me at work for a while he would make a comment about how I was busy “doing favors” for our managers and he would refer to them as “my boyfriends”

I told him that I was a virgin and was nervous about doing anything with him, and he told me that was fine. I knew he would never commit to me, but I told myself that the only way I could have him was if I hooked up with him so I decided to settle and had sex with him. He made a comment about how much blood there was, and I reminded him that it was because I was a virgin- he said nothing to this.

Later on, he was talking to me about having sex again and he wanted to try some new things. I told him that I wasn’t sure because I don’t have much experience and he was the only person that I’ve ever been with and he asked me to clarify. I told him that he took my virginity and he just looked at me with a shocked face. After that he hasn’t talked to me much and I have no clue what he’s thinking or feeling. He seems to think I sleep around with people at work but I’ve made it clear he was the only one I was ever interested in.

I want to make things work with him but he doesn’t communicate with me at all about his thoughts or feelings. If I try to talk to him about my feelings, he either says nothing or says that I’m “ being gay” and I just feel like I’m being overbearing and clingy with someone I don’t even have a relationship with.
