Finally having success with taper
Was using between 25-40 gpd and was unable to quit, even when planned for entire week leading up. Started reading a book about habits and it gave me some really good insight. I decided to switch things up instead of using powder I switched to capsules. I followed the taper advice from this page and cut down my daily intake by 1/3 and then took that amount in 4 small doses throughout the day, and everyday I drop down one capsule less, so .5 grams. I started on December 26 and should be down to one capsule Jan 19. It’s been a slow process but I’m finally finding some success, which is motivating me to continue and the craving to use more has been minimal.
