Qatar Airways - not worth it

Just flew Sydney to London first class, seat didn't work, in flight entertainment didn't work on the first let, assured we were on a different plane from Qatar to London, but we weren't, i was assigned the same non working seat. Was offered 15000 avios points as conpensation - $500. Wont choose to fly Qatar again, do not compare to Emirates, not sure how they keep winning awards.
