how to not give any data to Facebook lol

so I have a Facebook account that I primarily use for communication with my relatives (they're boomers if that gives it away), and I have heard all the stuff meta did when it comes to data breaches. I don't have the option to delete my account and no one even likes mark but here we are ig. so is it possible to make my Facebook account literally not give any data? iykwim
