Is the live chat feature disabled in certain regions, like India? I reached out to support via email, and their response was: 'Due to increasing fees from our chat service providers and a strategic shift to improve support efficiency, we've made the decision to disable the chat feature for users in your region.'

Can anyone confirm this?
