Am I losing my breast milk

I’m 4 weeks pp and the last few days my breasts have been itchy when breastfeeding and my nipples feel a little more dry/irritated than normal. My baby is wanting to eat more, he will cry once I take him off and wont sleep for hours, usually about 4 hours or more. Basically I’m breastfeeding him for that period he’s awake.

Am I losing my breast milk supply? Everything was fine before and I would always leak 1-2oz of milk when he wasn’t eating. Now it’s the opposite.
