Food/drink do’s and dont’s
I am 15 and 4 and just read something about agave nectar being harmful in pregnancy. I’ve been drinking Liquid Death sparkling waters from the beginning because the lime flavor was the only thing that helped nausea. Tonight I poured myself the “Berry it alive” flavor and was reading the ingredients and now I’m freaking out. I don’t drink them as often anymore, mostly just as a treat yo self kind of situation. How do I get through this pregnancy without having a panic attack about everything I eat or drink?!
