I just want to eat normally

I’m eight weeks pregnant and so hungry, but everything I eat makes me feel sick. I can’t even enjoy the foods I used to love without regretting it. I miss eating without overthinking or feeling awful afterward.

It’s so frustrating and honestly kind of sad—I just want to feel normal again. I know it’ll be worth it in the end, but I can’t wait for this to be over. Does it get better? Any foods that worked for you during this?
