Testing positive for thc at birth in NC

so I’m scared shitless about testing positive when I give birth to babygirl and what they are going to do. I’ve read that I could anonymously call the hospital and ask about their drug testing policy on mothers and what the results of a positive test for thc would result in for mom and baby. I’m slightly concerened about dss but I would like to think it would be an open and closed case if that were to happen. However my BIGGEST concern is them trying to tell me I can’t breastfeed. Like what are they going to do? Stay in the room and yank my child from my arms if I try to put her to my breast? Will dss charge me with some bullshit of child endangerment or something? I’m to scared to call because I think they will know it’s me and I’m to scared to ask my provider because it has not been mentioned at all and what if mentioning it opens the can of worms?

Anyone have experience with this?
