What’s your sore hip high score?

34 weeks. Every single night I probably only sleep 1.5-2 hours long then I wake up with sore hips. Roll over and it’s the same thing again. Wake up 2-3x and rub muscle cream on them and try to sleep. Give up around 7am get up make my husband coffee and see him off to work. Try to sleep again around 9/10am til about 11/12.

This freaking sucks. What’s the longest you go before your hips get too sore?

(Yes I put a pillow between my knees, I think it makes my hips worse. If I don’t then my hips are okay but then it’s my knees that wake up me instead 🙃)
