Lower left abdominal pain at 5 weeks - anxious about ectopic

Sorry about this - I realise the advice can only be “wait until Friday” but I can’t stop thinking about it. I found out on Saturday that I’m pregnant, I have lower left abdominal pain. Like an ever present discomfort. I went to the EGU on Monday and they gave me a blood test to see if the levels are high enough for a scan so I’m getting the scan on Friday. I’ve had no bleeding. Has anyone had this pain and it been in the right place? Friday morning can’t come soon enough, I’m feeling sick with anxiety - the medical emergency side of it freaks me out the most, with the addition of it meaning it’s unviable.

I want to read loads of stories of lower one sided abdominal pain and it being totally fine and healthy!!
