Beginner microphone on a budget

I’m a highschool student, new into podcasting, searching for a microphone that costs about $20-$30. I live in the UAE so if you can suggest places for me to check please do. I already have a canon camera. I’m buying lighting, camera stand, microphone (either clipped on clothes or with a stand).

Hopefully the total budget is About $50 I can’t ask my parents for more.

I just need a very high quality microphone for this price up to $30.
