Software for cutting very long MP3s into smaller chunks?

Does anyone know of software that can easily cut long MP3s into smaller chunks? And I mean long... 15 hours, 17 hours, 21 hours. I'm using Logic Pro on Mac and they're too large to be imported into there—it just cuts off the file partway. If I could break it into two or three files, it should work fine.
