30th Anniversary PS1 start up not playing any sound.

Is this happening to anyone else? If so does anyone know what is causing this and how I can fix it to get it to play the sound?

UPDATE: MrCharlesDanson in the comments helped me fix it. If you have the sound turned all the way down for Video it won't play the sound. It's extremely stupid that it is tied to that. So if you turn Video back up it'll play the sound.
