How do I switch to ps5

I dropped my PS4 and the memory disk fell out and now it won't work I bought a PS5 switch is arriving in a few days but how do I switch to ps5 with the data I had on PS4? And will the games I purchased still be there or do I have to start everything over and will my trophies still be there?
