Is my post op area infected?

I had surgery back in the middle of December for my pillondial cyst, no stiches were done since the hole was too deep for that.

As of today it looks like this. Am wondering if this has happened to anyone as well. I am hoping that it is the tissue inflaming to heal. There is only pain when I rub it with gauze, no pus as of yet. Only a little blood from removing the scab. I do sit down most of the day and have long hair.
