Best option beside cleft clift

I live in eastern europe and there is no one doing cleft lfit here. What would be the best option laser or open wound. Ice had it for 2 years no seious flare ups or infections no leaking, one sinus. Id say about 2 inches maybe a little more. And if i did open wound how long is the healing, how long before i csn go write test at uni and workout thanks for answers
