Hurt wing, need some advice, NOT medical

Should i do anything or intervene at all? So, this little guy (or girl, dunno) is my favorite, he's one of the only 2 black pigeons out of 60, and I've noticed he was trying to fly where his brother was going, but couldn't, so i would catch him softly and out him there, but one day i decided go inspect him and saw he has his wing hurt, probably a bone fracture wich already healed. He/she now can fly for like 5-10 meters and fly wherever he/she pleases, but I don't know if she can actually fly. Also my yard is very safe from ouside animals, we keep our pigeons free.
