Does it look infected??

I got this last monday and today it appears to have some redness and a white thing that got me concerned, but at least it doesn't hurts. I'm cleaning it with the recommended cleanser and with saline solution, but i moviment myself a lot because i don't have a car or something similar and sometimes i have to wear clothes that cover the piercing. Sooo it could be infected?? How can I revert it?? (Reposting to change the title and add some infos, sorry for my bad english)
