Infected or healing?

heyyy so I need some advice! I got my “belly piercing” (it’s more of a surface piercing since I have a bigger stomach) on the 4th, 6 days ago, and i’ve been cleaning it twice a day with saline solution as well as the dial antibacterial soap (when I shower) and I’m wondering if it’s supposed to look like this. help?
