Moshing with healing doublelobe?

So I'm going to multiple concerts these upcoming weeks and got my first piercing a double lobe last Thursday. My question now is does anyone have experience and can tell me if I can or shouldn't mosh at those?

For context I'm a relatively tall person 6'2 so unless I fall down my lobes won't get touched but I'm still open to any and all opinions on this

Also side question how bad will wearing a skii helmet be for my healing piercing? I'm going on a trip and haven't considered that yet.
