Dumb question about weekapaug groove

Just getting into phish properly and I can’t help but feel Keller Williams got inspiration for freaker by the speakers melody from weekapaug groove… anyone heard of a connection between the two or do these two songs just happen to catch my ear similarly? I didn’t see anything online but imagine there’s a solid chance Keller is a fan.

Editing to add a conclusion so far… being close in the scene both definitely are fans of each other and killers hit some covers… but no confirmed direct link between the two songs. I’m a bit surprised because they feel so close sonically for me
