1.5m dilapidated house n lot, 35sqm, san pedro laguna area, worth it?

Hello! I recently won a property thru PAGIBIG bidding. And i just wanted to ask if worth it po ba for 1.5m ang isang house and lot na dilapidated, 35sqm, end unit po ito ng row house sa san pedro laguna.

And if ever, how much kaya need i budget for renovations if balak ko pagawa is loft type na high ceiling para kahit sa loft bedroom mataas pa rin.
