Salary Range: PHP 18,000 - PHP 25,000
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Overview:
TEH Group is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage operations in our Philippine office. The ideal candidate will support the Philippine Country Manager, General Manager, and Finance Director (based in Kuala Lumpur). This role requires someone who can handle general office duties while maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an office runner for various tasks.
Handle general office paperwork and administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and ensure availability.
Oversee office budgeting and track expenses.
Maintain accurate finance records.
Plan and organize team-building activities to boost office morale.
Monitor and address staff concerns and inquiries.
Manage hiring, and payroll processes.
Qualifications:
A university degree is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in office administration is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
