Is Power BI learnable for someone who has little knowledge in Excel and Programming

I am currently working as an Amazon Specialist and Sales Analyst.

My tasks revolves around doing market research and account management.

When I need to apply Power BI reports in our Market Research projects, our partner Data Analyst just provides a template for me import it on the Power BI before I can export and download it, then paste the reports and visuals in our market research.

So I don't do any of the technical side of things of the Power BI.

My question is, will this be learnable for someone like me who has no knowledge in excel skills, VBA, programming etc?

Hindi ba ako mahihirapan if hindi ko masyado interest ang mga programming and formulas.
