14600kf with a 3060?

So I currently have a 3060 already and im getting a 14600kf ready for when I upgrade my gpu in the future (need monee). I have 2 questions: Will my performance take a hit cause of the 3060 not being good enough, and what gpu should I upgrade to in the future? Thanks in advance guys I didnt word this great cause im a bit slow with pcs :)
