Thinking of upgrading 7800xt to 5070

I’m thinking of selling 7800xt, it’s an amazing card but with games like Indiana jones and doom the dark ages forcing rt idk if the 7800xt will stay useful, how well would the 5070 be with rasterization in other games and is multi frame gen worth?
