Is this a scam

Was browsing Facebook marketplace for used 4090s at a not insane price and I saw this… insanely low price but I genuinely don’t know if it’s legit or not and it’s too far away to go check in person so I would have to get it shipped. Thoughts on this? (I live in Sydney btw)
