Is the most recent patch a joke?

I woke up this morning to see that GGG posted a new patch, I was elated with a hope they might have fix'd/changed the poor drops in maps. Only to be perplexed. No real change to drops, but got reduced ArchNem Mobs hp!!! Yay /s.

Are GGG so out of touch with what their player base is asking for? Slightly reduced HP on ArchNemesis mobs that no one asked for, instead of a change on which mods could pair up. I don't care how much HP they have, GGG, I care about getting completely deleted by a Steel-infused/Hasted/Sentinel/bloodletting (50% reduced phys/25% reduced damage over time/50% chance to block attacks) mob while playing a bleed build.

Now, I get that Chris has this skewed vision of a slower, more grind focused ARPG. What I don't get is how you can take an already hated mechanic, double down on it, and then be like "15% hp nerf is enough". If the player retention is any indicator of how fucked you have made this game this league, I would seriously start back tracking on recent changes.

You lost over 30k players in the first 24 hours of league launch on steam alone.
