HOW DID NAZARICK DEAL WITH AINZ'S ABANDONMENT?
Have you ever stopped to think about how all the Guardians must have reacted when Momonga “abandoned" them, in the timeline where he is sent to the NW alone?
Sebas, Albedo and the Pleiades were the last ones to see Momonga, and in my opinion they would assume that Momonga had left them like his other creators, after all the last sight they had was of their leader leaving the throne room and never returning. Not to mention the fact that in this timeline, Albedo did not have her settings changed, so she could end up harboring a deadly grudge against Momonga just as she harbors enormous hatred for the other supreme beings in the main story.
All the Guardians had a genuine affection for Momonga, as he had been the only one who had never left them alone while all their other creators were gone, many already admired Momonga even before all this happened, like Cocytus and Shalltear. If I remember correctly, in the first season of the anime, Cocytus assumes that the only possibility that would make Momonga leave them is if they failed with him, so possibly Cocytus and many others must have blamed themselves. Questioning what they did wrong for their leader to abandon them.
With no one else to swear allegiance to, I wouldn't be surprised if there had been a fight between the NPCs to see who would command them from now on. I don't think it would be at the level of a ''Civil War'', but certainly something close, because at the end of the Extra Volume it shows that Nazarick continued invading and conquering cities and human kingdoms just like in the original series, even though Momonga wasn't there. So in my opinion, a very extremist and intolerant administration must be taking over Nazarick.
I know many say that if Momonga returned to Nazarick in this timeline, they would bow down and obey his orders without question... But I doubt that could happen! In the original Light Novel series, in much less time the Guardians already presented independent actions, so imagine in this timeline where Momonga is 200 years late? In my opinion, many must have used this time to reflect and now act outside the standards and commands imposed by their creators.
