I'm having some problems with my character's saved files

For some wierd reason, my character's saved files can randomly get wiped after 24 hours, npc's names became "???" and i have to find hints to find their name back without losing too much emotional points. My "Intelect" bar also got wipe with even more frequency. I was grinding for 6 hours straight last week and just after 24 hours it is back to 0. Like dude wtf, I'm about to fight the "Final Exams" boss and the game just took all of my progress and throw it away. I've tried diagnosing the saved files for the "Alzheimer" bug but it doesn't seems to be the issue here. Can someone help me
