Change school

Hi I am thinking of changing to another school. I go to a college now but planning to apply to a university and also might take another program. What steps should I take? Also anyone have experience getting osap grants for a bachelors program that’s entirely online? I taking a bachelors course at a college so I am wondering if I could get same grants if I move to a university. The schools are both in Ontario. Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks!
