Help me put this tire on

I've been watching YouTube videos on how to replace these tires and I already got the old one off and this one somewhat on. With all my strength I can't get this side to fit around the rim. Surly there's something I'm doing wrong because I've seen no one else struggle at this part on youtube. I just ordered this stock slick tire because it was on sale and it will not get on there. Please help
