What is ole miss’s academic reputation nationally?

For example, I see quite a few posts about people asking about their chance of acceptance to Ole Miss with more than average GPAs and ACT scores and can’t believe they would even stress about their rate of acceptance in the first place. Being from Mississippi, I feel like it’s pretty common knowledge that both Mississippi State and Ole Miss have bare minimum standards. (Not knocking any schools, I love Ole Miss and am a very proud alumni). Just curious what Ole Miss’s reputation is academically outside of Mississippi.
