What is an interventional coronary unit like?

I have an interview for a new grad position on an interventional coronary unit. The recruiter explained that they are a progressive care unit that get patients post pacemaker, cath lab etc. Has anyone worked on a unit like this and could you please tell me more about it? - How long do your patients typically stay on the unit? - what’s your day to day like?
