Black nurses

It’s so hard being black and it’s so hard being a black nurse 😭especially when there’s only 2 black nurses on the floor. Why are we looked at so differently compared to everybody else. Seen as incompetent…I notice the small things like how they have more patience with white people , willing to explain the same thing to them, and allow them to ask 1000 questions. Why do they feel like they know how it feels to be black. I heard a white nurse say that and it’s completely mind blowing
