What's a way to describe most internet content? "Cringe" sounds too terminally online.

I made myself stay away from Internet spaces like these for 5 days, after coming back on the 6th day, everything online just annoys me. Maybe it's my casual usage of it over the last year, but even things I once found funny like memes or "important videos" are just. well for lack of better words, 'cringeworthy'.

The simple fact that people are willingly putting themselves, their faces, out there doing idiotic things is baffling to me, and how people are drawn to pure online drama is just odd.
