Is this just mycelium overgrowth?

It's a screenshot of a video because I only have videos of it but it was encompassing the grass and some branches, there were swathes of it covering the ground. No fruit to be found anywhere near these. I found it when I was on a camping trip in 2021 and it was a recurring theme while hiking the paths.
