Workout before or after commute?

Hello fellow Mumbaikars. I have started a new job which requires me to commute 1 hour at least after changing 2-3 trains. I prefer working out in the evening but nowadays I am too exhausted when I get back home. And working out in the morning is hard because I’m in a hurry to get ready to catch the train and get to office on time. So if you commute, when do you guys prefer working out?
