Girl (18-21) fell from local train (Kalyan to CSMT) after fainting.

Need help finding and contacting family members of a girl. Today 16th August 2024, A girl roughly age 18-20 fainted and fell from the train, that was stopped roughly 30 secs just before Matunga station (central line). The train started from Kalyan and roughly arrived in Matunga at around 1:55/2PM. Note the trains were late around 20-30 mins. The girl got on a couple of stations after thane. She was gonna get down at Matunga.

THERE ARE NO FOUND IDENTIFIERS ON THE GIRL. She had a phone but its completely damaged.

So, I'm listing as many details as possible.
-Female
-Aged 18-21
- around 5'6-5'7 and was skinny
-Darker Amber colored skin tone
-She was wearing a black/darker top and jeans
-She had a Redmi Phone and Ptron headphones.
-She was getting down at Matunga

I tried to put as much as I could remember and will add more, I'm aware the information is very vague, however if you know anybody who fits in this description or can provide any information please contact the Matunga Station Office.

Edit: The girl isn’t seriously injured, She’s just unconscious right now, with a concussion and fractures.

Edit 1: The office said police are trying their best and contacting other stations but they can’t do anything until someone from the family files a missing report/ contacts them.
