What is your dream motorcycle?
Back in 2020 MV Augusta came out with the rush and I haven’t been the same since. Everytime I hear the rumble and crackle of this motorcycle I feel unholy in my private places. I’m a sucker for cafe racer styled motorcycles. This thing takes that to a whole another level. Just the angriest meanest looking motorcycle bar none. This motorcycle goes against everything that I believe in and I love it for that. I like motorcycles that are practical, manageable small CC, work horses that can be used for commuting , and tech safety features that you can rely on and can do the maintenance my self which are styled like cafe racers or street fighters. Prime example of this include the new triumph 400s, Royal Enfield continental GT, triumph thruxton, BMW r nines, Yamaha XSR 155, triumph street cup … but I hate HATE bikes like the MV Augusta super veloce Brutale , Ducati penigale or monster (except for the diavel) supersport scrambler, triumph speed triple 1200, ADV and cruisers or anything that makes an ungodly power and torque figures and purely ‘performance’ oriented. But this Rush seems to be an anomaly. I saw some videos back in 2020 and it was love at first sight. You ever see a beautiful woman who’s in love with someone and you think to yourself ‘what the fuck does she see in him that society in general cannot see’? The rush is my coked out, low life, no future prospects motorcycle. Like the official website won’t even load in my country let alone get the bike or have dealers or anything but a man can dream. I don’t know how else to explain it other than saying I won’t buy this motorcycle even if I won a billion dollar lottery but if someone gave this motorcycle to me I wouldn’t be able to sell it. I still couldn’t bring my self to sell it even if I have to import every part for maintenance, use it on roads where the speed limit is 20 mph, the worst traffic, cover the plane ticket for someone to come work on it from abroad, ride it on roads filled with potholes everywhere okay this seems like a horrible idea so I don’t want it
