Has anyone been pulled over for drunk driving when they actually had a migraine?

I'm currently getting a migraine. So...I feel drunk. Dizzy, slurring words, kind of staggery when I walk, face numb-ish, tongue feels fat. (No it's not a stroke, I get these all the time). Anyway, it just occurred to me that if I were driving I'd probably appear to be a drunk driver. So, I wondered, has that happened to anyone? How would one prove they're not intoxicated?
