Shepard can be included but only from a lore standpoint or canon to Shepard game/comic,codex thats mentioned or in a cutscene. Nothing from gameplay unless its canon to every shepard if they beat the whole game.

You can do a top 5 or top 10. Add reasons if you like. Everyone has standard equipment.
