CA:BNW Leader (original design) standee/confusion

Some evidence that this design may have been finalized and ultimately changed deep into production. We can all see and sense the reshoots but a life-sized standee really goes to show how loose tying up the threads became for Marvel.
Would anyone actually want a standee of the one we got in the movie?
Or either? Preferences for either design?
