Tips for playing black panther?

I expect tips or tricks outside of the basics.

I already know that if you hit the spear, you leave marks and the jump resets if you hit a mark, that the other spiral jump leaves marks the same way.

What other tips or tricks do you know? Gameplay settings would also help me.
