Koopa Pilots modernized (updated edit)

My previous edit had grossly misinterpreted the sprites, on top of that I was less skilled, now I gave their clothes some nice textures

On the left we have the definitive design inside and outside the Clown Car, on the right we have the Superstar Saga and Partners In Time versions of them

Shout-out to Buzzy Beetle for lending his feet to the Superstar Saga version that's barefoot and having his render be in an angle that suits this Koopa's pose
