Laziest manga/anime?

We all know those manga or anime with highly detailed art, intriguing and emotional story, and lovable characters. These works seem like they took a very long time to make, the writer was dedicated and worked hard to achieve it.
but are there any manga or anime out there that are just plain lazy? Like really bad art, almost no detail, and the story is just bad? Any writers out there that just doesn't even try?
I really wanna know if these exists.
