Need help identifying napoleonic era manga?

A male infantry officer is transfered to a very inexperienced and rundown unit made of all women and the regiment/battalion commander who is a woman turns out to be a member of the royal family.

The reason behind the units declined is that the female commander wants to be able to provide jobs for these girls so they don't have to work at brothels or anything worse and that they can support their families.

Throughout the manga, the male now advisor trains everyone from scratch and brings in new technology to further produce better soldiers and results.

I remember it had a similar art style and main character as Gunka no Baltzar and the main male character was known for suicidal charges I think?

Please help I literally cannot find anything about this on Google or any forums.
