Scope Recomendations

Looking for an optic for my dedicated competition rifle I'm currently building. Primary use will be PRS type matches. Budget is under $2000, or maybe just a little over if there is a good enough deal to be had. All recommendations are appreciated.

I did see that the cronus is $1100 on europptic and Im wondering if there's anything in my price range that is better enough to warrant spending $2k trying to upgrade to something above it. I'm a cheapskate and it has taken a while to convince myself to spend this much on an optic, so I just want something I can look through and think "this was worth it".
